Circo Loco

Circo Loco is a city of two halves.

The first half is a circus, a realm of perpetual wonder that boasts a rooftop skate park with steep slopes, an outdoor amphitheater that proudly holds a clump of trapezes hanging in the middle, and a Ferris wheel with its spinning cages. This magical world is crafted from cement, forming a permanent landscape.

The other half on top has a student hostel that embodies the essence of permanence. With each passing period, this academic haven undergoes a transformative ritual. The graduating students leave their units to make way for the freshmen. The porous timber structure stands tall awaiting the next chapter of their cyclical existence.
